As part of the European measures taken against Russia, Mirova, as a portfolio management company, is concerned by article 5 septies of the European Regulation 833/2014.
Pursuant to these provisions, the subscription of the units/shares of the funds managed by Mirova and its affiliates is prohibited after 12 April 2022 to any Russian or Belarusian national, to any natural person residing in Russia or Belarus or to any legal person, any entity or body established in Russia or Belarus except nationals of a Member State and natural persons holding a temporary or permanent residence permit in a Member State.
