Mirova again awarded HappyIndex®AtWork and WeImpactIndex® labels

We are constantly striving to provide the best possible working experience for our teams and to meet high CSR^[1] standards, so these results encourage us to continue and go even further with the actions we are putting in place.

The HappyIndex^®AtWork label reflects the commitment and motivation of the company's teams. We are proud to be ranked 5^th worldwide in the HappyIndex^®AtWork ranking for companies with fewer than 200 employees. This recognition covers all the regions where Mirova is eligible (France, United States, Kenya, United Kingdom).

The WeImpactIndex^® label rewards organisations based on employees' day-to-day experience of their company's CSR practices. It enables companies to benchmark themselves against their peers and to begin a genuine process of analysis and progress in terms of extra-financial performance. We are delighted to be in the Top 5 of the French ranking of companies with more than 100 employees.

Continuing to promote well-being in the workplace and refining our CSR policy

The highly qualified and granular feedback we receive through the ChooseMyCompany^® surveys conducted among Mirova's teams around the world will enable us to focus our efforts on what matters to them in terms of well-being at work and CSR policy, in line with the fifth pillar of our mission^[3] "Applying the environmental and social standards that we defend".

As a fast-growing mission-driven company, Mirova is implementing an ambitious policy aimed at developing its international team around four priorities:

• Cohesion and cultural transformation
• Employee well-being and working conditions
• Skills development
• Diversity and inclusion

While Mirova's desire to make continuous progress on these issues is clearly expressed, particularly in its report "Acting as a mission-driven company", these labels are a strong indicator of the satisfaction of our teams, both in terms of their well-being at work and the CSR policy we pursue.

[3] Introduced in France in 2018 under the Pacte Law, a ‘société à mission’ company must define its "raison d'être" and one or more social, societal or environmental objectives beyond profit. The purpose, and objectives aligned with this purpose, must be set out in its Articles of Association. The Articles specify the means by which the execution of the Mission will be monitored by a Mission Committee (a corporate body distinct from the board of directors which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the mission with at least one employee.) An independent third party then verifies the execution of the Mission, via a written opinion which is annexed to the report of the Mission Committee to shareholders and made available on the website of the company for a period of five years.
